We are seeking a part time residential property solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with experience in residential property matters.
Initially for maternity cover for 12 months from January 2018, there may be potential for the role to become a permanent position.
Working days will be Monday – Wednesday, 9 – 5:15 but for the right candidate we may be able to amend those hours to suit (for example shorter hours over a 4 or 5 day period).
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of residential conveyancing, and will have the confidence to handle a full and varied case load. Some managerial experience is required, as the role includes the day to day management of cases and of a small team consisting of two other fee earners (one Solicitor and one Conveyancing Executive).
We are looking for an individual who is pro active, enthusiastic and able to maintain our strong relationships with clients and third parties.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Start date 2nd January 2018.
